Springhaven Lodge was established in 1982 and it has created a friendly, engaging and social environment for the elderly within Kojonup and surrounding areas.
Residents come from all socio-economic groups and include people from multicultural backgrounds. The Residential Care facility offers a supportive environment for those that require daily specialised care. We are a rural based accredited residential aged care facility that offers 21 permanent beds and 1 respite bed.
It is located in the centre of town next door to the Kojonup Hospital and the Kojonup Spring.
Multi-skilled carers provide 24-hour, seven day a week residential care, including assistance with personal care, meals, medication, cleaning, laundry, continence care and a range of social activities. The facility is also staffed by Registered nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Cleaners and Cooks.
Accommodation is a single room with toilet ensuite and outside access to the verandah.
Springhaven has recently undergone major renovations; There are four newly refurbished shower rooms, a hairdressing salon, Commercial Kitchen & Laundry.
