Opened in 1994, Menkawum Ngurra - Halls Creek People’s Church Frail Aged Care, is a small Aboriginal owned and operated, not-for-profit facility in the remote town of Halls Creek in the East Kimberley region of Western Australia.

The People’s Church, through its elected Board, oversees the management of the facility which employs more than 40 staff. The facility has 28 beds and delivers services to care for older, mainly Indigenous people in a culturally appropriate manner.
