Personal Care Services
Support is provided by our care aides to maintain our residents’ independence at The Birches. Increasing our residents’ independence is accomplished with our staff’s support. We aim to improve the standard of living for all of our residents by employing caregivers who are patient and caring, and who work to increase our residents’ enjoyment of life. Our patient caregivers are available to assist with dressing, hygiene, mobility and exercise help, as well as eating and drinking aid.
Food and nutrition at The Birches
Our on-site prepared meals are available in two areas. Individual needs are met by providing meal service in our communal dining area or in resident’s rooms. Dietary restrictions can be of concern, and having preparation at the facility better enables us to meet these needs.
