Each resident enjoys the privacy of their own apartment within a shared household setting, living in a cluster of six, beautifully maintained houses.
Our houses each have a shared dining room, lounge room (with central fireplace), library, kitchen, garden and courtyard. There are also meeting rooms and quiet rooms.
Designed to be light and airy in summer, the houses are also cozy and warm in winter, with new carpets and in-slab floor heating throughout.
Each private apartment within each house has a separate living room, kitchenette, en-suite bathroom and either one or two bedrooms, complete with built-in wardrobes.
For those who may need Dementia Support, our dedicated care house provides comfort and privacy. Providing a homelike environment, combined with discreet personal supervision, means your loved one will feel safe and secure.
Leigh Place also boasts a separate community room, large enough to accommodate all of our valued residents and their families.
