With newly renovated communal areas, Waminda offers a bright, open and welcoming place to relax and reconnect.
Comprising of 120 beds, Waminda offers residents a private, air-conditioned bedroom with ensuite and access to shared dining, recreation facilities and lounge areas on the ground floor.
There is an outdoor courtyard with beautiful gardens and the newly modernised lifts provide easy access across all levels.
The new Leisure Precinct area connects to Waminda and provides areas to be enjoyed by families and residents. A booking system for the function areas is available for private engagements.
Waminda is located directly on Adie Court, where key Transperth bus routes stop – including the metro circle routes – directly connecting visitors from across the Perth metropolitan area.
