Kingia is a modern care facility comprising of 85 beds, set amongst spacious, light-filled surrounds. Of these rooms, 18 are in a secured environment for residents needing higher-level dementia care.
The design is centered around two sunny courtyards, available for residents and visiting family and friends to enjoy.
SwanCare Kingia's Spritz Café is on the ground floor, and is the perfect place for residents and visitors to get together. Serving coffee, cake, cold drinks, hot meals, sandwiches and snacks, Spritz Café is open to the public from 7.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday. There’s also a fully-equipped hairdressing salon available to all residents.
