Jeremiah Donovan House is an aged care accommodation located in natural bushland at the foot of the Darling Scarp, providing a high level of care to its 65 residents.
Situated only 2 kilometres from the Forrestfield Forum Shopping Centre, the residential care home has easy access to a supermarket, chemist, post office, bank and medical centre. It is co-located with the Donovan Retirement Village and Donovan Respite Centre. The site was refurbished in 2018 and supports residents with high care needs and also provides temporary respite care.
The team at our residential aged care home works round the clock to enhance the quality of life for all residents. We offer a full range of services including nursing care, medication management, personal care, hospitality services and dementia support services. Residents also receive support from allied health professionals.
