Its 80-bed residential care facility will cater for people with high physical needs in a dementia-enabling environment. Due to open in mid 2021, residents will enjoy an environment designed with them in mind. Much research, care and time has been taken in designing the residential care bedrooms, living, dining and outdoor areas to ensure the best possible quality of life for our new Dunsborough residents.
Capecare Dunsborough’s residential facility will feature plenty of natural light and fresh air. Each bedroom is positioned around central courtyards and many have bay windows. Each dining area will cater for only 10 residents to ensure a more intimate experience.
The complex will have a cafe, cinema room and adaptable public open space with an all-ages recreation area, perfect for family gatherings.
The first intake of residents will commence from mid 2021.
