We pride ourselves on providing top level medical care and also addressing the total well-being of our residents, including their mental health and physical needs. Our facility provides a wide variety of services to residents including ageing in place, extra service beds, respite program, meals supplied and communal facilities.
Personal Care Services
Support is provided by our care aides to sustain our residents’ independence at BlueCross Highgrove. Increasing our residents’ independence is accomplished with our staff’s support. We aim to improve the standard of living for all of our residents by employing caregivers who are patient and caring, and who work to increase our residents’ enjoyment of life. Dressing, hygiene, mobility and exercise help; as well as eating and drinking assistance are some of the things we are here to help with.
Food and nutrition at BlueCross Highgrove
At BlueCross Highgrove we are proud to offer meals that are prepared at our facility and are well thought out and healthful. Residents are able to choose where they’d prefer to eat; either in a communal dining area or in their room. Dietary restrictions can be of concern, and having preparation at the facility better allows us to meet these needs.
