Introducing ACH Group’s first purpose-built small household care home. Healthia is the first care home in Australia to implement the innovative US-founded Green House Project model of care, creating residential care with a difference.
Healthia offers a unique village-like atmosphere with eight single-story homes, each accommodating 12 residents in a close-knit community.
Each home features a bright, open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, creating a welcoming space for relaxation and socialising with family and friends. Private bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms open up to beautifully landscaped gardens, shared within each household.
Our small household design and the innovative Green House Project care model allow for personalised care and living. Residents have the flexibility to shape their daily routines while receiving 24/7 support from trained professionals.
This home environment fosters meaningful relationships, independence, and personal choice, enabling residents to pursue their interests and enjoy a high quality of life within a supportive setting.
