Boandik Lodge provides residential care across 4 homes located in Mount Gambier. The services are individualised based on information provided by the resident and their family and an assessment of care needs.
The aim is for each person to live a meaningful life as they choose, encouraging people to maintain their independence by providing the support they require in their daily living activities.
Sutton
27 low care rooms with ensuites. All rooms are attractively decorated and upgraded on a regular basis. There are extensive gardens and communal areas available for the use of all residents.
Kessal
Accommodation is available for 61 people with full nursing support available 24 hours a day, together with a planned therapy program and stimulating activities. There are large, open communal areas and outdoor areas for resident use.
Boandik Kessal is a secure building which is designed to provide a safe environment for residents.
Residential respite and transition care is offered.
Boandik Crouch Street
73 single rooms arranged in clusters of twelve in each of five residential buildings, plus thirteen in a sixth building.
The clustering within each building is in groups of three or four to encourage a home-like environment. Accommodation is a combined bedroom/lounge with ensuite toilet and shower, each room overlooks gardens and courtyards.
Boandik St Marys
There are 68 rooms at St Marys, in four residential units having a dining room, lounge and quiet area. One of the units at St Mary’s is a secure unit for residents living with memory loss. The resident rooms are combined bedroom/lounge with ensuite toilet and shower. Each room has a bay window with views to gardens and courtyards.
