Government-subsidised care
Umbrella South West Metro Services is an approved provider for Home Care Packages, subsidised by the Australian Government.
Umbrella’s Home Care Package program assists people to remain living independently in their homes by giving them the flexibility and choice how the care and support will be provided. We identify and acknowledge each client's specific needs and recognize gender, age, interests and cultural background. We match suitable support staff with each client so client can receive high quality care from the same person every time. This new program builds on the experience and skills of the last 16 years in providing innovative Home and Community Care services in the Perth and Peel regions. There are a wide range of high quality and culturally appropriate programs that we offer: tailor made social support, domestic assistance, shopping, transport, allied health, respite, medical prompt, cooking, cleaning, gardening, attending social activities such as excursions, men’s shed, dinning out and many more.
