Shire of Manjimup Home and Community Care is an approved provider for Home Care Packages, subsidised by the Australian Government.
Location
Support with everyday living tasks including domestic assistance, personal care, medication administration and home garden maintenance. Specialist nursing care including but not limited to peg feeding, insulin administration, wound dressing and catheter maintenance. Transports, social support, respite in and out of the home, group and one on one recreational activities. Specialised dementia care and respite. Fully qualified support workers and local and professional office administration operating from the fully accessible Manjimup Wellness & Respite Community Centre.

Home Care package level 3
Mid-level care
Personal care, household assistance, meals and medications, nursing or allied health input, support with memory or behaviour changes, or assistance with aids and appliances.
$51,808.10 package
Home Care package level 4
High-level care
Personal care, household assistance, meals and medications, nursing or allied health input, support with memory or behaviour changes, or assistance with aids and appliances.
