Clarence Estate Home Care offers a unique home care program. We live and work in your community and service the wider Albany region. We are committed to supporting people to live independently in their own home. We offer a wide range of flexible programs and services and can tailor them to suit you. A home care package provides funding from the Government to spend on the care and support services you need to keep you living independently in your own home. In addition to services you may also want to purchase products such as pendant alarms, mobility aids, and other types of devices or equipment that you think will help you. We have an allied health team who can provide guidance to select these products with you. We have a meals program that is popular with our home care package clients and can deliver you meals prepared in our kitchen at Clarence Estate.

Home Care package level 2
Low-level care
Personal care, household or domestic assistance, social support, meals or shopping, or rehabilitation. Services may include loan of basic equipment.
$34,174.95 package
Home Care package level 3
Mid-level care
Personal care, household assistance, meals and medications, nursing or allied health input, support with memory or behaviour changes, or assistance with aids and appliances.
$51,808.10 package
Home Care package level 4
High-level care
Personal care, household assistance, meals and medications, nursing or allied health input, support with memory or behaviour changes, or assistance with aids and appliances.
