We are a community owned organisation, established by the people in our community. We offer a full range of aged care services and can provide you with respectful and thoughtful in-home support. We offer highly integrated and personalised care, and importantly, specialise in both healthcare and social support, backed by a range of on site services and facilities, including: - A GP and allied healthcare clinic - A hospital accepting both private and public patients. - Medical imaging, pathology services and rehabilitation programs - Palliative care services - Respite Care - Aged Care facility with independent living units - Hydrotherapy pool and spa rehabilitation gymnasium. Personal care, household assistance, meals and medications, nursing or allied health input, support with memory or behaviour changes, or assistance with aids and appliances.
