ADEC is a state-wide not-for-profit organisation that strives to empower people with a disability and the elderly from non-English speaking backgrounds, their carers and families to fully participate as members of the Victorian community. We specialise in working with different cultures and religions and cater to the language needs of each individual. Most of our staff are bi-lingual, representing 20 countries and 25 different dialects. Our services include: • Personal Care • Domestic Assistance • Flexible Respite (in home/community access) • Social Support Groups ADEC recognises how important it is to be connected to your community, stay active and make your own life choices. Our Home Care Packages are tailored to your needs and are designed to support you to live independently in your home for longer.
