The Salvation Army has a long and proud history of care and support for our most vulnerable citizens. We have over 20 years’ experience providing Aged Care services for elderly Tasmanians. We have expertise in providing flexible support that is tailored to meet your individual needs. Your case manager will work closely with you to ensure that the care and services you receive enable you to live safely at home. Our staff are dedicated to making your Home Care experience as fulfilling as possible. The Salvation Army Home Care Team are experienced in providing support for a wide range of individuals who have diverse, and sometimes challenging, needs. We specialise in providing care to financially and socially disadvantaged people, and we pride ourselves on providing Consumer Directed Care with a focus on re-enablement.
