Our Home Care Services offer a range of practical assistance and support, provided in the comfort and familiarity of a person’s own home—from personal care and home help, to transport and medical care. OneCare offers Home Care Services in the Kingborough area in southern Tasmania and the greater Launceston area in the north.

Home Care package level 2
Low-level care
Personal care, household or domestic assistance, social support, meals or shopping, or rehabilitation. Services may include loan of basic equipment.
$34,174.95 package
Home Care package level 3
Mid-level care
Personal care, household assistance, meals and medications, nursing or allied health input, support with memory or behaviour changes, or assistance with aids and appliances.
$51,808.10 package
Home Care package level 4
High-level care
Personal care, household assistance, meals and medications, nursing or allied health input, support with memory or behaviour changes, or assistance with aids and appliances.
