Alwyndor is a not for profit organisation that is operated by the Dorothy Cheater Trust and the City of Holdfast Bay our Home Care Program encourages and supports older people to remain active and independent, and to enjoy life to the full. Whether your goals are for better physical health, improved safety and functional independence, greater emotional resilience or an enhanced sense of wellbeing, our professional team of Coordinators and Support staff are very experienced and will work with you to develop a plan to achieve your desired goals. All packages may include specialised services such as ¿ Personal Care ¿ Meal Preparation ¿ Shopping ¿ General cleaning and laundry ¿ Assistance to appointments ¿ Medication management ¿ Mobility Aids and equipment ¿ General Home Maintenance ¿ Home Gardening ¿ Respite These services are all delivered by Alwyndor’s handpicked and trained staff Alwyndor also provides a range of Allied Health services which you may be eligible.

Home Care package level 3

Mid-level care

Personal care, household assistance, meals and medications, nursing or allied health input, support with memory or behaviour changes, or assistance with aids and appliances.
