Location
A comprehensive range of government subsidised in-home services that make staying at home a little less daunting: • Help with housework, garden maintenance and minor maintenance and modifications. • Social support with activities, outings and assistance with transport. • Tailored health and wellbeing activities and services and assistance staying physically active. • Dedicated clinical advice and support including nursing care and allied health support. Other services include: • Help with personal care such as bathing and dressing, • Help with shopping assistance as well as meals and food preparation, • Health and wellbeing services including better health through self-management, dementia services, medication monitoring and social work, • Goods, equipment and technology to support independent living and • Spiritual and pastoral care. Mid-level care
Personal care, household assistance, meals and medications, nursing or allied health input, support with memory or behaviour changes, or assistance with aids and appliances.

High-level care
