CALD way of care is our unique way to care for you or your loved one. We are experienced, committed and culturally sensitive because we believe and acknowledge that everyone is different, that there are many different cultural and ethnic groups and there is a considerable diversity within each of these groups. Our CALD way of care will support your wellbeing and good health, build on your strengths, and support your independence and your interests. We will take time to listen to you, encourage you to get involved and take part in planning and designing the type of assistance you need so You can remain living in your own home and your community for as long as possible. We will take time explain our programs and answer your questions so you can make informed decisions. Our Support Workers come from many different cultural backgrounds and speak many different languages. They are skilled, qualified, competent and experienced.
