Provide Home Care Packages at levels 2, 3 and 4 for care recipients in the Hunter region. Northern Settlement Services is a Newcastle based Not For Profit community organisation. Our staff are a dedicated group of professionals who are culturally responsive and sensitive to the needs of older people offering a range of Home Care Packages Level 2, 3 and 4. Northern Settlement Services embraces the philosophy of Consumer Directed care (CDC) by empowering you to have greater choice and flexibility in the care and services you receive.
