The Illaroo Cooperative Aboriginal Corporation provides case managed personalised assistance for Indigenous and non-Indigenous people. We liaise with the person, their GP and family to design a Wellness and Reablement plan that meets their personal, health and social needs. The services we provide include personal care, domestic tasks, shopping, transport to appointments, gardening, maintenance, social outings and social support.
