CAPAH Multicultural Association incorporated is an approved Home Care Provider and is committed to delivering services on a Consumer Direct Care (CDC) basis. CAPAH Multicultural is a non-profit organisation established in 1980, and have continued to be committed in supporting and empowering older people from all backgrounds in the Illawarra. CAPAH Home Care Packages enables and supports you to make your own informed choices about the types of care and services you can access, how your funding is spent and engages your involvement in identifying your goals and managing your own package at a level you are comfortable with. CAPAH ensures it embeds a wellness and reablement approach to all its services.
