These involve pet therapy, entertainment by groups such as the New Zealand church choir, and popular arts and craft activities with the local Emerson School.

Well-balanced and nutritious meals are freshly prepared and cooked on site under the supervision of our professional chefs. A wide variety of health and wellbeing programs, designed by qualified coordinators, are tailored to each resident's personal needs. Allied health professionals such as physiotherapists and podiatrists are part of our support team, and hairdressers are on site as required. A massage therapist is also available weekly and by appointment. Importantly, we offer exceptional levels of care and service. Our staff, many of them bilingual, are on call 24 hours a day to help out where required or just to share a quiet chat.

A large and bright common room, with a feature fireplace, is where our community gathers for events, to share time with friends or relax with a movie or Foxtel. Several other lounge areas provide our residents with opportunities to watch television in a more intimate space or to entertain their family and friends. A separate activities room is the venue for a range of lifestyle arts and crafts and for small group sessions, where many new friendships form. There is also a family lounge and library area with vending services. Walking paths lead through our beautifully maintained gardens. And the various courtyards provide serene space with ample shaded seating – perfect for quiet contemplation or an afternoon barbecue.
